Night Guards - seven six rulers of the Nightmare Realm, who are responsible for keeping it stable.
Drowned - a being, usually human, which has got consumed by their own nightmares and sent to the Nightmare Realm as a result.
Soul Keepers - various beings of the Nightmare Realm, who have died and has become guides for the deceased.
Stray - a Drowned being which has not been taken in by a Night Guard.
In the name of the Keepers - used as an exclamation and a curse word by the living residents of the Nightmare Realm.
The Bridge - another name for The Afterlife's gates.
